One to One Intensive (2 Day)

Individual two day intensive.

Transformative intensives provide the opportunity to really slow down and take time away from your normal routine.   Intensives offer a combination of relaxation, time for reflection as well deeply impactful conversations sharing an understanding of the Principles behind all psychological experience.   As we draw out your own unique wisdom you are more likely to hear the answers to problems or challenges you may be facing, which is far more powerful and transformative than simply offering ‘helpful’ solutions.

Intensives take place at my home in Glasgow.  You will receive between 4 and 6 hours of coaching each day in a relaxed and informal manner, this allows valuable space for relaxation and insight-led learning.   Coaching is not confined to the comfort of a sofa, we may include country walks, cultural trips and conversations will continue over evening meals.

• A two hour intake and one hour follow up call is included in the price.
• We can assist with travel arrangements and recommend suitable accommodation.
